Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
When a visitor enters a name or other detail into a sponsored search tool, the input is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider handles the search and results under its own terms. Harmon County Warrant Records does not maintain a warrant-search database or promise that it stores no data on a partner’s system.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends a message, the message and reply details may be kept so the request can be handled. They are not used to create a court file or a record about another person. Information is shared outside the private operation only when a lawful reason requires it.
Data We Gather Automatically
Technical information can be recorded when a page loads. It may include:
- IP address and approximate network information
- Browser type, version, device, and operating system
- Pages viewed, referring source, and time spent
- Date and time of a page request
- Basic performance and error details
Cookies and Analytics
Small browser files may help measure page use, understand traffic, and find technical problems. Browser settings can block or remove cookies. Some features may work differently afterward. Analytics vendors may set their own rules for data held on their systems.
What We Do With This Data
- Keep pages available and improve load speed
- Send a sponsored search request to the selected provider
- Measure which civic explanations are useful
- Find errors, broken links, and security problems
- Support advertising and basic site operations
We do not turn visitor activity into a Harmon County warrant record or a report about a third party.
No Warrant Data on File
This operation does not host, compile, sell, or maintain a database of warrant names, photos, case identifiers, or live status. The pages describe where official records may be held, including the Harmon County Court Clerk, OSCN, ODCR, Hollis Municipal Court, and the sheriff’s public channels. A request made under the Oklahoma Open Records Act goes to the relevant public office, not to this site.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act also limits how warrant information may be used. Nothing collected here is assembled into a consumer report.
Third-Party Search Partners
Search boxes may be supplied by an outside company. Anything entered into one is governed by that provider’s privacy policy, retention choices, security practices, and pricing. Review those terms before submitting personal details. A partner result is not an official Harmon County warrant confirmation.
Links to Other Websites
Pages link to the Harmon County Sheriff, Oklahoma courts, Hollis, Oklahoma statutes, DPS, federal court resources, and other services. Once a reader follows a link, the destination’s privacy policy controls. Official agencies may collect information through their forms even when this site does not.
Advertising partners may also use their own tools to measure activity across websites. Those practices are outside this policy.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold by this private reference. Limited information may be available to:
- Search vendors that receive a query
- Analytics and hosting providers that support the pages
- Advertising services that place or measure an ad
- Authorities when a valid legal demand requires disclosure
Each vendor may have a separate notice.
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable technical and administrative steps are used to limit misuse of information. No internet service can promise perfect security. Visitors should avoid entering sensitive details into a third-party search or payment form until they have checked the destination and its terms.
Users Under 18
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor’s information is sent directly, a request to remove it can be made through the normal site contact route. Juvenile court records are also subject to Oklahoma confidentiality rules, which are separate from this privacy policy.
Your Data Rights
Oklahoma’s Open Records Act, 51 O.S. §§24A.1–24A.33, concerns public records held by government offices. It does not give this private reference a court database or change the privacy terms of a third-party search vendor. Depending on a visitor’s location, other privacy or consumer-protection rules may apply. A visitor may ask what personal information is held, request correction, ask for deletion where appropriate, or object to certain processing.
- Request a copy of personal information held about you
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected
- Request deletion when no legal or operational reason requires retention
- Ask how a partner receives or uses submitted search data
Updates to This Policy
This policy may change when the site, partners, or applicable rules change. The latest version will appear here with a new effective date. A reader should review it before submitting information to a search tool or linked public office.
